This Site provides tools for tracking baseball games attended, player performances, and related statistics. The Site is a fan-driven sports data platform intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using an email address or third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Facebook).

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to share your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All Major League Baseball trademarks, team names, logos, and related imagery are the property of Major League Baseball and the respective clubs. These elements are used solely for informational and fan-based purposes.

While the Site utilizes publicly available data, the organization, presentation, and personalized aggregation of that data are original to this platform.

This Site is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any MLB team.

7. Public Profiles and Shared Content

The Site may allow users to create publicly accessible profile pages displaying selected profile information, attended games, and baseball statistics.

• Optional Feature. Public profiles are only enabled if a user chooses to make their profile public.
• User Content. By enabling a public profile, you consent to the display of your selected information and aggregated statistics.
• Shared Attendance Features. If enabled by the user, other users may be able to see games attended, shared game history, leaderboard participation, and related baseball statistics.
• Shared Links. Public profiles may be accessed and shared via direct links.
• User Responsibility. You are responsible for any information you choose to include in your public profile.
• Disabling Public Access. You may disable your public profile at any time.

8. Account Termination

Sports Witness LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

The Site may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium services (such as "Ballpark Pro").

• All pricing and features will be clearly described at the time of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Features and pricing may change over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Witness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
